How does trainer hiring work?

Post a job with your requirements and budget. Trainers on the platform apply directly with their profiles and certifications, and you review, interview, and hire in one click. Each trainer can be connected to one institution at a time.

Does FitNexus handle billing, UPI and GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes to billing — members pay via UPI, cards, net banking and wallets (Razorpay), with recurring invoices and reminders, and we store your GSTIN. One honest limitation: we don’t yet generate full GST-compliant tax invoices (CGST/SGST/HSN) — that’s on the roadmap.

I’m a personal trainer — what does FitNexus give me?

One app for both sides of your work: manage clients with AI and manual workout plans, list freelance packages, and get a public trainer profile (fitnexus.net/t/your-name) that enthusiasts can discover — plus a job marketplace to land gym positions. You can work with one gym and unlimited freelance clients at the same time. Free and Pro plans.

I just want to track my workouts — is FitNexus free?

Yes — the fitness tracker is free: log workouts and routines, get a FitScore, join challenges, and scan Indian meals with AI to log them. You keep one FitCard identity across every gym and trainer you use, so your history follows you.

What is Ojas, the AI coach?

Accepted Answer

Ojas is FitNexus’s AI fitness coach (₹499/month, with a 2-day free trial) — adaptive workout and diet plans plus daily guidance. Because it lives on the network, it’s connected to your real gym and trainers and can hand off to a human coach — not a standalone bot.

Can enthusiasts find gyms and trainers, and book classes?

Yes. Enthusiasts browse and book packages from any gym or studio on the platform, discover and connect with freelance trainers nearby, and try free demo sessions. Non-member drop-in bookings are available for fitness centers on the Pro plan and above.
